Do
you ship to the United States?
We do
not ship to any other countries
because of the delicacy and nature
of our fresh fruit products. All
products are expressly hand
delivered to every city only in
Puerto Rico.
When are the edible fruit
bouquets prepared?
All of our edible fruit bouquets are
prepared one day before delivery.
Will the chocolate melt before
delivery?
No. We transport our products with
ice packs.
Where are your stores located in
Puerto Rico?
Our store is located in the
Metro-San Juan area. We do deliver
to all cities in Puerto Rico.

What is your guarantee?
Fruity Passions guarantees hand
delivery on the delivery date chosen
by you, and guarantees the freshness
of our fruit 100%. If you
should have a problem with your
order, we require you contact us
during the first 24 hours
after delivery. Claims after
24 hours will not be
guaranteed for freshness. We do not
guarantee that the containers will
be exactly
as shown. The chosen bouquet
will be exact as in the photograph
and to the size you have chosen.
What type of fruit do you use?
We hand select all of our fruits.
We aim to select only premium
quality fruit and not over ripped.
Fruit that is too ripe goes bad
quickly. We want our clients
to enjoy the fruit as long as
possible.
What should I do when I receive
the bouquet?
First, enjoy eating as much fruit
you possibly can! If you are
not going to eat all the fruit in
one day, we suggest you take the
fruit off the skewers and place them
in an airtight container and
refrigerate. The cut fruit
should last at least 3 more days
under refrigeration.
What type of products do you use
for the fruit?
All of our products that come in
contact with the fruit are food
grade such as the skewers,
containers, cellophane paper. Our
chocolate is Kosher.
How do you preserve your fruit
before delivery?
Our fruit bouquets are made with
fresh fruit, we do NOT use
preservatives in our fruit. That
is why we arrange our bouquets the
day before. They are then kept under
refrigeration. The bouquets
are cello wrapped before
leaving our premises to avoid
accumulation of ethylene gases which
tends to accelerate the ripening of
the fruit when wrapped to early with
cellophane. [Ethylene gas is a
natural gas released by the fruit
for their ripening process.]
