We are not responsible for:

Deliveries to
incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.

Unsuccessful deliveries
arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery.
Recipients are required to be home to receive orders or we
will leave with the closest neighbor.

Distressed fruit and
chocolate due to lost time on an incorrect delivery address supplied
by the sender.
Or incorrect directions given to us by the
recipient.
Proof of Delivery:
For your protection
and ours, we collect a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY:

Fruity Passions does
not allow orders to be cancelled within 24 hours of the
requested delivery date, or within
the seven days prior to Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's
Day or Fathers Day - because of our extremely high
volume of orders during these times.

We do not refund your
credit card unless their has been a fault on our behalf.
Otherwise, you will be issued a
credit towards your next
purchase.
PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEE:
Fruit:
We try our best so
that arrangements shown match actual pictures. Some fruits are
seasonal and depend
on availability. In the event a given product is not
available, we will contact you for a second option
unless you choose to cancel your order. In the event we cannot
contact you, we will substitute without
affecting the price or the design of the arrangement.
Baskets:
We commonly use the split wood country baskets
shown. Sometimes there may be slight variations that will
not affect the overall look or contents of your chosen gift.
On specific holidays, we use containers for that holiday,
for example: Valentine's Day. We will not use a specific
holiday container if the occasion is otherwise.
Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If for any reason the recipient
should encounter a problem with our products, we will very happily
re-deliver
another of the same value. Please call our Customer Service during
the first 24 hours after delivery has been
completed at 787-608-0465.
